Breakfast:

Lunch:
  • 1/2 penne pasta (123 calories)
  • 1 stalk broccoli (63 calories)
  • 1 ounce mushrooms (12 calories)
Dinner:
  • 2 cups V8 tomato juice ( 100 calories)
Water:
  • 6 cups
Total Calories:  300 calories
