Breakfast: (total calories: 0)
- 2 cups of blueberry green tea(delicious) and it has no calories 'cuz I don't put anything into it :).
Lunch: (total calories: 225)
- 2 slices of white bread (170 calories)
- 1 tsp mustard (0 calories)
- 2 slices of cooled turkey breast (40 calories)
- 1/2 cup spinach (15 calories)
- 1 cup blueberry green tea (o calories)
Dinner: (total calories:180)
- 2 dinner rolls, plain (180 calories)
Today wasn't to bad, I made it through the day just hopefully I can stick with it.
